This policy applies to any paid services offered on YoyoGhar (for example, promotional listing upgrades). Browsing, registration and submitting a standard listing are currently free.
If a paid feature is not delivered as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Fees already used for a completed promotion, or for listings removed due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, are not refundable.
Email info@yoyoghar.com with your name, contact details and transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
